Welcome to Cook it Simple with Eric!
Today, I am making a very tasty No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie that’s creamy, delicious, and incredibly easy to make. Whether you’re a peanut butter lover or just looking for a simple dessert to feed your friends and family, this pie is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
Optional toppings: chocolate shavings, crushed peanuts, whipped cream
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar and peanut butter until mostly combined.
Add the cool whip and mix on blend on low until fully incorporated and the mixture is light and fluffy.
Pour the filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until set.
Before serving, add your favorite toppings for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
Tips:
For a homemade whipped topping, beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff peaks form.
You can also use a chocolate cookie crust for a different twist on this classic recipe.

I like how its super simple and the topping suggestions you mentioned sounded perfect.
Only thing I do differently is I use a cup of whipped heavy cream instead of Cool Whip. I don't remember seeing that choc sauce in my area but I think a small amount of choc bits melted and mixed in Hershey's Syrup would make for the right consistency. Yes, I do make my own chocolate crust bc if I'm making a heart attack on a plate I want it to be worthy. lol However, if using a graham cracker crust I never thought to put choc on the bottom. I will now. Thank you Eric, another easy and very tasty dessert. :o)
Just a guess, but I don't think natural peanut butter, the kind that has to be stirred, won't work.
I like to serve PB Pie with a scoop of marshmallow creme and chocolate syrup. Try it!
Done. Waiting overnight to see the results. Thanks for the recipe.
