This is the third time I've made focaccia but the first time it didn't stick to the pan. Smearing butter to the bottom of the pan did the trick.

I used the alexandracooks receipe. Let it rise for 36 hrs in the fridge. Since my oven only reaches 200 degree Celsius(392 degree F), I baked it for 40 mins.
