Hello, I always have to resort to some premade Kimchi (if my Halmeoni doesn't bless me with hers :P), so I just wanted to ask which brands you usually buy. I used Bibigo Kimchi in this one, which is the one I like the most but I haven't tried all yet.
And I also know you're supposed to use aged Kimchi instead, so I wanted to ask what brands you usually go for if you don't make Kimchi yourself?

    Older Kimchi tends to be better because it sours better than fresh. I prefer the brand carried by Costco, good taste, good price.
