    This is my comfort meal, but I do 115 grams of jasmine rice, 115 grams of taco meat (bison, venison, ground turkey whatever I have), I crunch up quest or Atkins chips, and then do about 1/4 cup of cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. It’s soooo good

    Thanks so much for sharing! I do have a serious question: I’ve been told by multiple doctors, nutritionists, and dietitians that the body can only absorb 20-25g of protein per sitting/meal. Has anyone else heard of this? I’ve never thought to ask this before, but what happens to the excess protein? Does it just become part of the waste that’s excreted?

    I don’t know how y’all can stand those Quest chips. I might have to give them another try, but the first and only time I’ve had them the texture was like caked up protein powder.

    edit: and no offense if you like them! I was just really surprised when i tried them cause I see them everywhere.

    This is one of my repeat meals. Lean beef tacos on those shells always hits and the macros are like you’re eating health food 😂
