Made my first chia pudding, and it turned out so good! Super easy, low-calorie, and really filling. Only 248 kcal for the whole thing!

    Switch out the skin milk to almond milk, lower calorie and tastes so much better

    Yummm! You could cut the calories even more using coconut milk and it’s sooo creamy.
