Here’s the recipe:
3 TB ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
2 TB Pomegranite juice (with no added sugar)
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 TB date syrup
3 TB Dijon Mustard
1 small shallot, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 tsp dried oregano
2 TB poppy seeds
1 pinch sea salt & pepper
Put all the ingredients int he blender and blend for about 2 minutes. Serve over your favorite greens. Enjoy!
