  2. There are two types of people who don't each chicken skin, people watching their fat intake, and people who don't know how to cook it properly. Chicken skin should never be bland rubbery, it should be firm or crispy.

    A whole chicken – washed
    Seasonings
    Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
    Smoked Paprika
    Chunky Garlic
    Kimmy’s Kreations – YES that much seasoning- Garlic butter and herb seasoning
    Rosemary leaves
    Cover with white raw onion rings
    Chicken Broth
    Cover with Tin foil
    Bake for 40 minutes
