

Please help me overestimate this breakfast, the portions look smaller than what they were in real life!! I didn’t eat the peanut butter or butter, the guacamole was approximately 1.5 tablespoons (30g), the white stuff is “labneh” soaked in olive oil. I put 2 tablespoons. 2 hard boiled eggs about 50g each. The beef rashers were about 100g I’ll say? 2 large beef rashers grilled in oil🥲. The sourdough was a larger than average cut. Delicious tho. And the tomato was massive and grilled also very oily. Please help🙏🏼 I overestimated roughly 1215 calories for this whole plate?

beef – 250 each
total 1040, add 100-200 calories for oil and i think you’ve estimated well 🙂
I don’t get the point of trying to calorie count if you’re just going to grossly overestimate and not even try to be accurate.
