Any suggestions on what goes well with picked garli
Found this recipe in a book a while back and now I have a lot of Pickled garlic and would love to hear your suggestion on what to pair it with?! What is the Korean name for this kind of garlic?

Any pan fried food, like breakfast meat, fried eggs, sausage, etc pair well with rice and pickled veg
Chopped up it’s also great in salsa, guac, tzatziki, and other dips and sauces. Sliced thin it goes well with noodles
