This is not chirashizushi, it is sashimi, there is no rice and even if there is rice under that delicious looking sashimi it would be kaisendon, doesn’t look like chirashizushi in the least, chirashizushi is vinegared rice topped with sliced raw fish, shrimp, egg, vegetables, and many other ingredients
