did you actually take this photo? looks like its outta a magazine lol.. Its a well taken photo and presentation. How do you make your rice into a perfect ball? :p i usually have the rice in a separate bowl because it goes everywhere.

Looks great. Sounds like you got a good crew! Not even from a money perspective – this is better than restaurant to me (and I eat at a lot of nice restaurants for work). Eating what you cook with others. Especially nice steaks like this. Good times.

The fork and knife are out of place and.as a perfectionist of a fine dining server for at least 10 years, this is driving me crazy 🤪steak looks great! Perhaps could use some sauce, or not. But too much other things going on for me. I like smaller portions. And I want the star to be steak in a steak dish.

You should try roasting your asparagus, it’s stupid easy, simple thing to whip up 15 minutes before you’re ready to eat, and they taste/look a hell of a lot better.

ugh… I love steak and i like asparagus, im just tired of asparagus being the default pairing for steak. rant over. the steak looks great
