    Impulse purchased fresh local Dungeness crab meat when I saw it at the fish counter at my local market.

    Especially the table with timings. 15 minutes from starting the marinade to serving was the sweet spot.

    0.4lb crab meat, juice from 4 limes, diced red onion, sliced serrano pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper.

    It was *great*. Has to be the lowest-effort grin I’ve gotten from a dinner guest.
