    Good looking dish, nicely presented, great choices of color and design! The dressing really matters in a dish like this. Even from here it feels well coated, like every bite will have a bit of that sesame flavor goodness. There is a pan-Asian dish out of San Francisco that uses vermicelli noodles with a peanut sauce that this reminds me of. But that recipe lacks the chewiness that the soba noodles will certainly add. Might have to take notes here and apply it to that other recipe. Pan Asian cooking continues! Kampai! Cat
