My first attempt at making a chocolate cream cake.


Chocolate Cream:

Heavy cream: 210g

Dark chocolate: 40g

Milk chocolate: 25g

It was much more difficult to ice the cake with chocolate cream than I expected. It kept melting while I was icing it. 😱
But I managed to make it anyway!
