    **For the Outer Dough:**
    – 2 cups fine bulgur
    – 1 cup semolina
    – 1.5 cups hot water
    – 1 egg
    – 1/2 cup flour
    – 1 tbsp tomato paste
    – 1 tbsp red pepper paste
    – 1 tsp salt
    – 1 tsp black pepper
    – 1 tsp red pepper flakes

    **For the Filling:**
    – 2 tbsp olive oil
    – 1 onion (finely chopped)
    – 250g ground beef or lamb
    – 1 tsp salt
    – 1/2 tsp black pepper
    – 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    – 1/2 cup walnuts (finely chopped)
    – 1/2 bunch parsley (chopped)

    I LOVE Trader Joe’s kibbeh but I rarely go there since it pretty far away. Never even dawned on me to try and make this myself.

    I think you left out what to do beyond the ingredients- like how long to cook and all that πŸ™‚
