    Interesting blend of italian and japanese. I’m really interested how this tastes. It sounds and looks incredible. Furikake is usually a little sweet which must go great with the ricotta and mascarpone.

    Edit: Wait did you make the furikake yourself and swap out seaweed for swiss chard?
