Recipe:-
Cheesy Chicken French Loaf
Ingredients :
• 3 chicken breast, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp.of oil
• 1 loaf of French Bread
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
• 1 tsp.each salt and pepper
• 1/2 to 1tsp. each, to your desired taste
three onion rub, bell pepper and herb, garlic and herb,paprika

Optional toppings: bacon, mushrooms, or your favorites

Alfredo Sauce:
• 4 tbsp.butter
• 2 cups of heavy cream
• 3 tbsp.cream cheese
• 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
• 2 tsp.
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
Compound Butter :
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 tbsp. garlic
• 1 tsp. parsley
Directions:
1. If using large chicken breasts, use the Close and Cut to slice them in
half.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees,prepare the compound butter and set aside.
3. Place the chicken breast in a bowl and drizzle with olive oi l. Add the
seasonings and toss to cover and combine well. In a preheated pan, cook
the chicken 5-6 mins on each side or until the internal temp. is 165
degrees. When done, remove and set aside.
4. For the sauce, add the butter to the pan and once it has melted, add the
cream cheese, stirring
until it softens. Slowly add in half of the heavy cream, bring to simmer,
stirring.Add the remaining heavy cream, garlic and pepper, stirring often
and simmering. Reduce the heat to low, add the Parmesan cheese,
stirring until thicken. Remove from the heat.
5. Slice the cooked chicken breast into bite size strips.Slice the French
bread in half , all the way down to form 2 open face loafs.Spread the
compound butter on both loafs.
6. Top with 1/2 cup of the Alfredo sauce and half of the shredded
mozzarella and Gouda cheese.
7. Top with the sliced chicken, bacon and mushrooms, if using, drizzle more
sauce and top with the remaining cheeses. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins or
until bread crisp and cheeses have melted.
8. Slice the loaf info 3-4″” pieces and serve with extra Alfredo sauce for
dipping.
