Found a recipe for a quick dough online, only took just over an hour to wait for the dough rise and roll. Slowly fried the bottom on the hob, added toppings, and then transferred to the oven for the full bake. Was great! Those that cry about my use of 'skillet' in the comments will be gleefully ignored.
