    Mind sharing the recipe? I’ve been trying and failing to do homemade GF dough for ravioli. By the time I roll it out thin it crumbles apart.

    What are you using as a binder? I’ve been looking into vegan egg replacements, did you use anything like that?

    Gluten free flour is difficult to work with because is missing (obviously) gluten, that works like a glue in the dough.

    Excellent result OP. That is something you should be proud

    The pasta looks terrific but the way your left hand is floundering, it’s distracting.
