Happy Saturday guys, this is my Fiancé’ and I’s meal prep for Saturday-Wednesday. I prep twice a week so we can switch it up mid-week. Here’s the ingredients:

Protein waffles:

1 cup milk

1 cup protein powder

3 eggs

Dash of cinnamon & vanilla extract

No boil pasta bake:

16oz pasta

27oz marinara sauce

27oz water

1lb ground turkey (seasoned w/ onion powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning)

Shredded cheese (I used fiesta blend and parmesan since it’s what I had)

Sprinkle of dried basil to garnish

Pasta, marinara, water, and cooked turkey thrown into a baking dish, sprinkled with cheese, and covered tightly with tin foil and baked at 400° for 30 mins. Take out of the oven and let sit for 15 minutes still covered to steam. Can broil after if you want

Broccoli side:

2 broccoli crowns cut up

Sprayed w/ olive oil

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan cheese

Air fried at 380°f for 8 minutes

Caesar salads:

Bag of romaine lettuce

Chicken breasts baked at 400° for 20 minutes (seasoned w/ salt, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning)

Shredded parmesan, caesar dressing, croutons
