Going for brunch soon and trying to keep it low calorie 🙂 they also have a special this week for lentil soup with a slice of sourdough, so that could be a good option?

    Probably 2 x poached eggs on whichever of the breads you fancy.

    Although a bit steep for eggs on toast 😂

    Probably the two eggs your way and you get them poached and get sourdough or the breakfast muffin if it is the same thing as an English muffin. 

    The shakshuka would probably be good too depending on the size of the flat bread

    It’s hard to know for sure without seeing the bread options

    I’d go with shakshuka and ask for no butter on the bread and then potentially not eat the whole bread.

    Also just a couple poached eggs and toast but that’s boring lol

    As others have noted, probably two poached eggs with sourdough bread. Sounds good.

    I’d probably veer toward the Shakshuka however for the nutrient content. Sometimes filling up on healthy calories keeps me satiated more especially if the taste quotient is something I enjoy.
