First time grower here this one is for people with more experience does the development of my plants look good why are the leaves pointing to the ground also should i remove the heating mat i live at a pretty cold country

They look pretty much perfect, just one thing to be careful of is those cells are pretty small (I have the same ones) and will get stunted growth fairly early on.
