Double authenticity fail with this one. Italian sausages had fennel seeds in them rather than the rosemary and garlic I believe Umbrian sausages do, plus I couldn’t get hold of any fresh black truffle, so this is with truffle oil (real not synthetic). It was however, rather nice.
