Bought my mom a sous vide, had to explain how to vacuum seal, ice bath and sear. She just sent the finished product. 132 degrees NY 2 hours. Happy for her and proud!

    Please stop calling it a Sous vide. Sous vide is the technique/method. What she bought is called an immersion circulator.
