    Looks like stew on top of pasta… you need to use ground beef and some olive oil no flour on the beef , some wine helps the flavor of the sauce also takes several hours to evaporate the water out of the sauce , this will help it stick to the pasta …

    How come you don’t let the pasta and the sauce make the sounds of love? Let the pasta merge with the sauce and take in it’s flavors?

    Instead, you have just freshly cooked pasta with sauce toppled on it.

    It’s like eating 2 different meals at the same time versus enjoying 1 good meal you know?
