Made some coloured pasta this afternoon.
Its a spinach parpadelle and a dragonfruit spaghetti.
Both made with 00 flour, eggs and water.

  1. How was the dragonfruit spaghetti? The color is beautiful but I’ve never had dragonfruit before. Was the flavor good? What sauce did you pair with it? What ratios did you use for the pasta, if you recall?
