That is entirely too much Guacamole which is overflowing the molcajete. You need to send me the overflow, you know .. for testing purposes.

It looks like the stuff in a mexican tiangüis ( street fresh food markets ) sans the jitomate, we do not put jitomate in central mexico, only tomate ( the green one ). 10/10 OP.

Lol, hell yes on the yellow corn tortilla chips. So savory and authentic. I don’t use flour tortillas anymore and I’ll likely never regret it as the corn has so much more depth of flavor that enhances anything it touches.
