Started taking prepping seriously. To save money, and eat a bit healthier.
Always open to advice and feedback as well. Mainly just looking for foods that can fuel me during my manual labor job, while still being healthy. So, I think I did it right?

Please post your recipe!
We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

Ingredients:
Boneless, skinless, chicken tiddies, broccoli, soy sauce, ground black pepper, salt free garlic and herb seasoning (Kinder brand), Sweet Baby Ray’s teriyaki sauce. The white rice I boiled in water with a little butter.

It looks tasty!
I’d suggest adding more broccoli next time. It could use a little more veggie to round the meal out.
