Strawberry oatmeal pound cake🍓 ー52 calories per slice, no egg

    Blend 100 g oatmeal.
    Put in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon baking powder, about 5 drops vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon butter, maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) to taste, and mix once.

    Add 1 banana and 100 ml of almond milk, mash the banana completely and add chopped strawberries.
    Mix one more time and transfer to a pound cake mold.
    The batter should be just sticky enough.

    Tap it on the counter to release the air.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 25 minutes. (For a toaster oven, 12 minutes and 30 seconds)

    624 calories for the whole batch, makes 12 slices! Also you can add nuts as an option! I added some walnuts to mine 🙂
