Beef outside skirt steak is a long, thin, and very flavorful cut which is ideal for cooking over high heat. We’re very lucky to have this meat and seafood speciality store called Wild Fork Foods. Their USDA prime beef outside skirt steak (membrane removed) is high quality and very affordable.

Please make sure to slice thinly against the grain. Its intramuscular fat and the savory sauce for from this recipe keeps it juicy and flavorful after cooking. I’ve already cooked this recipe several times for my daughter and my husband’s lunch, absolutely tender and delicious!!!

Ingredients for Beef Stir Fry (3~4 servings):
1 lb of Beef Outside skirt Steak
3 tbsp of Egg White
3 tbsp of Potato Starch
3 tbsp of Oil

3~4 stalks of Green Onion (green parts only)
2 tbsp of Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp of Grated Ginger
1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
1 cup of Oil

Sauce:
3 tbsp of Water
1 tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
3 tbsp of Brown Sugar
1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
