St. Louis style spareribs cut into bite-size portions because they cook faster and I can get a three hour smoke in no time and then followed up with parchment paper and then tinfoil along with 1 cup – 2 cups apple juice in the pan. Smoked next to it was bourbon baked beans and also cooked up some Brotz to slice up and toss in with them when smoking. 10 minutes before target temperature on ribs. I will put on some Kansas City barbecue sauce and leave the cover off tell it tighten up.

I also have stuffed baby Bella mushroom caps going on the grill in a little bit.
