Recipe was from Natasha’s Kitchen and I liked it cuz everything went into the double boiler. When ready to serve, turn it on under the water and whisk until butter is melted. Two yolks, good squirt of lemon, 2 T warm water (I grabbed some from the asparagus water), 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard, S&P, a little cayenne if u like zip. A stick of unsalted butter, chunked in.
