I made cheesy potato and meats soup

    1Lb block easymelt cheese, some milk (I just eyeballed it, add more or less depending on desired thickness), 1lb lean ground beef, mesquite smoked sausages sliced (I used HEB brand), bacon bits, diced jalapenos, minced garlic, and a bag of steamable baby garlic potatoes.

    Steam potatoes in microwave.
    Brown ground beef in pot.
    Add sliced sausage, diced jalapenos, and minced garlic.
    Let that cook for a few minutes to let all the flavors get to know each other.
    Season to taste and when ready drop cheese in pot along with milk.
    Cover and let it melt, stirring occasionally while breaking apart cheese. If it’s too thick add more milk, remember you can always add more but can’t take it out.
    Drop steamed potatoes in pot with cheese, optional to dice them up further so it’s up to you.
    Add in bacon bits and once you’ve reached your desired thickness, serve and enjoy.
