Protein Pancakes feel like a cheat code – 276 calories
To think my 3 Oreos I’ve been eating as my indulgent snack is 150 calories. Also rediscovered Brummel and brown, my grandma always used to buy this stuff and at 45cal/tablespoon it’s pretty great.

My go to is “I can’t believe it’s not Butter Light” at 35cals per tbsp. I also keep a bottle of the maple grove sugar free syrup in my fridge and just take a swig out of it from time to time.

Oh wow…they look so nice and fluffy. I’d never tried that mix but I think I’ll try it after seeing these!

Instead of just putting the sugar free syrup on the pancakes, I mix it with peanut butter powder and spread it between the pancakes. Sometimes I’ll slice up half a banana and put it on top.
It’s so incredibly filling and really tasty.

I recently found these as either a treat or post workout if i can’t get to breakfast for a while – delicious! I also add cinnamon.

I like to bake mine as I find it creates more volume 👌🏼

Anyone know a good volume flapjack/pancake mix that isn’t buttermilk/dairy?

That syrup is the best thing ever created

Came back to this post to say you inspired me to buy these ingredients this week and I just got done making 2 tiny pancakes for the 1 serving size. Took like 7 minutes.
I thought I’d end up making more afterwards but I am stuffed, which is the whole point of these high protein foods!
Thanks for helping me achieve this happy pancake moment. Love you.
