1.5 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 cup Mirin 1 cup Water 1/3 cup Brown Sugar 2 tbsp. Honey 4 cloves Garlic minced 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger
Set aside about half a cup of marinade and use the rest to marinade for atleast 2 hours. Bring the half a cup saved to a simmer and cook it down, use as a garnish on the grilled cuts
