Ingredients:
For the tofu: Firm tofu, turmeric, paprika, ginger & garlic paste, plant-based yoghurt, mango chutney.
For the sauce: Cashews, plant-based cream, harissa, cumin, cinnamon, mustard seeds, chopped tomatoes.

🔥 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Marinate tofu in spiced yoghurt mix & let it soak up the flavours.
2️⃣ Roast until golden & crisp.
3️⃣ Blend cashews & cream, then cook onions, garlic & spices in butter.
4️⃣ Simmer with tomatoes, harissa & lime juice, then stir in the tofu.
5️⃣ Serve up with rice, yoghurt & a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
