Had to create a new profile but I’ve been here for a while now!

My lunch:

Creamy parmesan chicken with mushrooms and spinach + red onion and cream cheese

Roasted broccoli with garlic

Tangy balsamic lime tomato & cucumber salad

(I still have a bit left over but I’m trying to practice mindful eating which is quite hard, honestly. At least I have something to eat after the gym and before dinner haha)
