    Are you intending to eat the fish with the lime? Seems a little off to have it on top of lime- 1. Because the acidity is going to turn it into ceviche and 2. Because you don’t eat lime like that. Maybe little ramekins or 2 ounce cups would be better? Otherwise, a good looking piece of fish and the sushi looks delightful. Hope this was throughly enjoyed, OP!
