This is a good medium rare, on the side of medium. I wonder if perhaps you didn’t let it come to room temperature before cooking. I say this because there is a very clear sudden shift from internal red to external gray. This is common when: 1) your steak is too cold to begin with; and/or 2) your heat is too high and doesn’t let the steak cook slowly through to the inside but overcooks the outside.

lovely mate, some tips would be to make sure the steak is room temp prior to cooking, work on that sear/crust and let that baby rest when you take it off the heat for just a bit longer than you did here, otherwise excellent work!

I would flip sides more frequently to keep the middle of the cut more red. Maybe every 20 seconds as you sear it.
