    Ingredients:
    -1 brown onion
    -2 carrots
    -1/2 green capsicum
    -1 cup fine bulghur
    -5 spring onions stalks
    -bunch of fresh parsley
    -1 can of diced tomato
    -3 garlic cloves
    -salt & pepper
    -paprika
    -lemon juice

    Steps:
    -rinse bulgur and strain then pour boiling water on top
    -chop brown onion and sauté in pan with oil
    -add carrots and capsicum until softened
    -then add diced tomato and tomato paste and mix in
    -add in salt, pepper & paprika
    -add in garlic
    -then add in soaked bulgur
    -next add in spring onion & fresh parsley & then squeeze fresh lemon juice or from bottle
    -wash your lettuce cups & fill with the kisir
    -ready to enjoy!
