    * 1 teaspoon honey or a pinch of sweetener (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

    **Instructions:**

    1. **Preheat your oven** to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
    2. **Separate the eggs** into two bowls: one for the egg whites and one for the yolks.
    3. **Blend the cottage cheese** until smooth. You can use a blender or food processor for the creamiest result.
