This was so freaking delish and satisfying I had to share! 18oz of food, and it was so filling and so tasty. I'll grilled chicken on days I'm trying to hit a higher protein goal.
1) Blacken the broccoli in a pan and set it aside.
2) Soak then rinse Shirataki fettuccine.
3) Dry fry fettuccine in pan on 6/10 heat with frozen cauliflower rice for about 5 min or until moisture dissipates.
4) In a separate pan, scramble egg whites with salt, pepper, any other dried herbs you like.
5) Add lower calorie Alfredo sauce to the cauliflower rice, fettuccine, put the broccoli back in, mix in egg whites once they're ready (add other protein here too if desired) then mix in some Parmesan cheese. Done!
