SO much food!!! Recipe in pictures. There's so many varieties that you can do. There's chocolate sugar-free pudding mix, vanilla, cheesecake, banana pudding, pistachio….. And then all the different variants of fruit and different nut butters!!! My favorite was a honey peanut butter from trader Joe's. Omg delish.

    What exactly is the recipe? The screenshot only shows yogurt, fruit, and pb. How much pudding mix? Can you just stir it in or do you need a whisk? Let it sit for the pudding mix to set up?

  2. Fluffy yoghurt is my kryptonite. Love it so much. I could eat it all day every day. Probably part of the reason why I go through 5 pounds of yoghurt a week. 🥲😅

    I love to do this! I also like to add a couple spoons full of zero sugar cool whip. It helps make the texture lighter and only adds about 20 calories.

  4. Does it actually change the consistency/texture of the yogurt by adding pudding mix and fork stir it? I am going to have to try this. Thanks!
