Hello, was wondering if anyone knows about this at home Omakase chef. His videos look excellent just wondering how’s the quality of fish. Price isn’t bad either considering he’s coming to my home. Thank you!

I find it really hard to get comfortable with the idea of a totally unregulated sushi experience in particular. I’ve done supper clubs, but if the primary dish was raw fish I feel like it’s just a bit too risky for me.

I think tabe Tomo chef/management has a at home omakase thing too. Prices about the same or maybe tiny bit higher? But I’ve seen videos & people posting about it that it seems worth it.
Edit: reason why I rec that over this is that’s an established restaurant whose chef/management is doing it versus a random chef/person.

the team that runs mr moto does at home omakase under “tomokase”. higher prices i think but its a far more established brand
