6 red peppers (898g)
1 tomato (243g)
yellow onion (chopped, 2 cups)
minced garlic (2 tablespoons)
plain greek yogurt (100g)
chicken broth (about 3 cups)
water (about 1 cup)

spices added: salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, celery salt, thyme leaves & italian seasoning. (i did not count calories for these)

blend it up and it’s ready to enjoy!:) it was delicious.

total calories for the whole pot: 620 calories
