It came out a little scruffier than I wanted, but the wife was happy with it!

Adapted it to use the masala chai recipe from Dishoom:

(We got engaged on a trip to Scotland, where we had an excellent Dishoom breakfast, and chai)
And subbed out the icing for SMB from Sally's Baking Addiction with orange flavoring.
I made a test cake about a month before, and then punched up the spices a bit for the real deal.
