I lb Green grapes halved
2-4 tbsp. whatever sugar-free Jell-O flavor(s) you want
Citric acid powder to taste (I get mine at Sprouts in the bulk spice section)
Optional: lemon, lime or both
Halve grapes (you can keep them whole but I find them to be too big once frozen)
Optional: Combine 1 part citrus juice to 1 part sugar substitute in a pot and bring to a simmer until syrupy. Allow to cool slightly and then coat the grapes in the syrup.
I would freeze the grapes on parchment paper for 10-25 minutes so the jell-o powder and citric acid don’t dissolve into the surface entirely when tin sprinkle it on.
Stir together the jell-o powder and citric acid, and sprinkle over the grapes.
Freeze the grapes (I like their texture after an hour but if you freeze them entirely, they have a frozen yogurt/fruit popsicle consistency. Both are good imo)

This is so fun, want to try it! Just to make sure I’m reading it correctly, you keep the jello mix dry, right? It’s just dusted on top with the citric acid?
Man, I need to try these so badly!
Yum! Costco sells these but their version is really sugary.
I’ve tried these but just can’t bring myself to like them 😭
