Is this tomato ready to be picked and allowed to finish ripening off the vine? Or does it need another day or two?

That’s the stage in which I pick my tomatoes. 👍🏻

I would personally go another day maybe two but this is also perfectly acceptable to harvest now.
Mostly depends on whether or not you have animals that are eating your tomatoes, if you do it’s better to err on the side of a bit earlier before they become tempting to them.
