Kamasu – in English Barracuda – prepared by torching half the bite and adding some rock salt. The fish is a little fatty and with the torch and salt it hits a lot of similar notes as grilling does. Absolutely love it

Sushi is my favorite sushi. And sushi is by far one of my most favorite foods; howeverits currently priced out of my budget ….but the answer to any and all sushi is Yes. I would eat the entire ocean except dolphins, whales, octopus, manatees, and things that are poisonous.
Id like to say, and normally would only draw the line at sushi that was questionable; such as a sushi buffet that was priced a lil too reasonable and u dont know exactly how long its been sitting out….it might be fine and just not the best youve ever had and then again it might give you food poisoning and a trip to the ER…..and previously id skip that sushi.
But now its been so long since ive had it ; id say fuck it lets play fast and loose with food borne illnesses and im makin my way through that whole buffet. No kidding. Id eat myself into anaphylaxis and i dont have a shellfish allergy. Imma leave my fate up to Gods good humor and snappin them chopsticks apart and puttin those bitches to work lol….
At this point im damn near about to roll up some fuckin goldfish crackers up in rice and seaweed and dunkin it in soy sauce . There ya go. Vegan white trash sushi roll.
