Nathan's Colossal Beef Franks with a yellow mustard binder and Meat Church Holy Voodoo. Smoked at 225 for an hour, flipped half way through.
Cut into pieces. Added honey, Sweet Baby Ray's and butter. Back on the smoker at 350 for an hour, stirring to coat every 10 minutes.
Verdict: too salty. If I make them again I'll omit the Voodoo, or use a more bland hotdog.

I respect the adventure. Happy trails, hot dog burnt end guy
Edit: 350 for half an hour, not an hour.
This is just sugared hot dog pieces
I made these one time and they tasted like hotdogs.
I spent like 4 hours of my time cooking hot dogs. 😂
Threw these on for the kids during the Super Bowl 4 kids 20 hot dogs, gone 10 minutes after they came off the grill. Great little snack.
